Welcome to Spirits Centurion. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order. By using our webshop at www.spiritscenturion.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

  • Buyer / Customer: Any person using the Spirits Centurion webshop to place an order.

  • Seller / Service Provider: Spirits Centurion, operator of the webshop.

1.4 Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made via our webshop. By placing an order or registering on the website, you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept them, you may not use our webshop.

2. Account Registration and Ordering

2.1 Registration

  • Registration is optional and free. You may browse the webshop without registering.

  • Registration requires providing accurate information (name, delivery address, billing address, email, phone, etc.).

  • You can modify or delete your data before confirming your order. After submitting an order, contact customer service to make changes.

  • You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Notify us immediately if unauthorized access occurs.

  • Accounts may be deleted via the “My Account” dashboard; confirmation via email is required.

2.2 Ordering

  • You can place orders as a registered or guest user.

  • Orders constitute an offer to purchase. A sales contract is concluded when Spirits Centurion sends an order confirmation by email.

  • Order confirmation includes: order ID, date, products, quantities, price, delivery costs, and total payable.

  • For resale purposes, the buyer must indicate this when ordering.

  • Providing false personal data may result in cancellation of the order.

3. Products

  • Our products are alcoholic beverages (spirits, cocktails, etc.) and must be stored as instructed.

  • Product descriptions, images, and packaging contain essential information regarding usage, characteristics, and health safety. Customers are responsible for reading these.

  • If a product is unavailable, a substitute of equal or higher quality may be offered at no additional cost, or the order may be canceled with notice.

4. Prices

  • Prices displayed include Hungarian VAT.

  • Delivery costs are added during checkout.

  • Prices are valid at the time of order confirmation.

5. Delivery & Shipping

5.1 Delivery Methods

  • Shipping within EU: DHL or equivalent carriers.

  • Delivery times are estimated and communicated per order.

  • Customers must check package integrity upon delivery; damaged packages should be refused and reported immediately.

5.2 Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary by delivery country and weight.

  • Free shipping may apply above a certain order value (displayed on the site).

5.3 Delivery Limitations

  • No delivery outside EU customs area.

  • Delivery delays due to force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics) are not the responsibility of Spirits Centurion.

6. Payment Methods & Invoice

6.1 Payment Methods

  • Bank transfer (advance payment)

  • PayPal

  • Google Pay / Apple Pay

6.2 Invoice

  • Invoices are provided via download link sent by email after order confirmation.

7. Age Verification & Legal Compliance

  • Sale of alcoholic beverages is prohibited to persons under 18 years old.

  • Spirits Centurion requires verification of age via government-issued ID or passport copy for deliveries or in-person pickup.

  • Orders without verified age may be canceled.

  • The buyer is responsible for ensuring legal compliance regarding alcohol purchases in their country.

8. Right of Withdrawal / Returns

8.1 Consumer Rights

  • Consumers (natural persons) may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving reasons.

  • Withdrawal period begins the day the product is received by the consumer or designated third party (not the carrier).

8.3 Consequences of Withdrawal

  • We will refund all payments including delivery costs within 14 days of withdrawal notice.

  • Refunds are made via the same payment method used for purchase.

  • We may delay refund until goods are returned or proof of return is provided.

8.4 Return Shipping

  • Customers bear return shipping costs, except if product is faulty or incorrect.

  • Return goods must be shipped within 14 days of withdrawal notice.

8.5 Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Opened or unsealed alcoholic products (for hygiene reasons)

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Products subject to price fluctuations in the market

  • Perishable products

9. Complaints & Warranty

  • Complaints should be sent to support@spiritscenturion.com.

  • Spirits Centurion will respond within 30 days.

  • Warranty claims follow Hungarian law and EU consumer directives.

  • For consumers, defective products can be returned or replaced; costs incurred by defect correction are covered by Spirits Centurion unless damage is caused by improper use.

10. Liability

  • Spirits Centurion is not liable for damages caused by misuse of the webshop or delivery system, except in cases of gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or statutory mandatory liability (life, body, health).

  • Liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded.

11. Ownership

  • Products remain the property of Spirits Centurion until fully paid.

  • For business customers, ownership is retained until all claims are settled.

12. Intellectual Property

  • All content, images, and texts on the webshop are the property of Spirits Centurion.

  • Unauthorized use is prohibited and protected under copyright law.

13. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

  • Governed by Hungarian law.

  • EU consumer protections (Directive 2011/83/EU) are observed.

  • Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Budapest, Hungary, unless mandatory law dictates otherwise.

14. Amendments

  • Spirits Centurion reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

  • Changes become effective upon publication on the website and apply to orders placed afterward.

15. Data Protection & Privacy

  • All personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • Includes collection of personal data, age verification, SMS notifications, marketing communications, and WooCommerce transaction data.
