Deliveries are made via our selected shipping partners. The specific carrier for your order will be confirmed in the order confirmation email.

2. Delivery Times

Standard delivery: 3–5 business days after receipt of payment.

Express delivery: next business day for orders placed Monday–Thursday by 14:00 CET/CEST.

During holidays or periods of high demand, delivery may be slightly delayed.
The exact delivery date and carrier will be confirmed in your order confirmation email.
3. Shipping Costs

All shipping costs will be added to the invoice and confirmed during checkout. Payment receipt is decisive for the shipping schedule.
Delivery is always made in thermo-insulated containers or suitable packaging to preserve product quality.
4. Delivery & Receipt

The Buyer must check the package upon delivery.

In case of damaged packaging or products, the Buyer should refuse acceptance and notify the Seller immediately by email.

Photos of the damaged goods and packaging should be sent within 48 hours of receipt to support@spiritscenturion.com.

We will then provide a suitable solution (replacement or refund).
5. Shipping as Gift / Third-Party Delivery

Orders can be sent as gifts to any delivery address within the EU.

Please provide the recipient’s full delivery address during checkout.
6. Restrictions

We do not deliver outside the EU.

Certain remote or island regions may have extended delivery times or additional fees, which will be displayed at checkout.
7. Tracking

Standard shipments may or may not include end-to-end tracking, depending on the shipping partner.

The Seller is not liable for delivery delays caused by force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or events beyond our control).
